Noah Evans is a 2020 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-0 202 lb. frame from Ellenwood, GA who attends Arabia Mountain HS. Big build, physical lower half with present strength throughout. Ran a 7.20 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields ball cleanly, would like to see attack the ball more with fluid break down into gather, playable exchange to hand, developing arm strength, would like to see released more out front getting more on top of throws for better carry to the bag, topped out at 73 mph from the outfield. Also pitched, side rocker step to overhead delivery, leg lift slightly above belt with a high hand separation, short arm action to a high 3/4 arm slot, drop and drive actions landing closed, hides ball well through back side, up tempo delivery with good pace throughout. Fastball showed some armside life and lived in the upper-70s, flashed a curveball in warmups, would like to see breaking ball mixed into game play for added effectiveness. Righthanded hitter, narrow base with a shoulder high hand set, strength in swing with rotational power, some present bat speed showcasing the ability to drive the ball to all fields, would like to see the lower half implemented more into swing for even more power threat, simple swing that is repeated well.
