Kevin Carrera is a 2020 C/OF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from East Sandwich, MA who attends Sandwich. Medium frame with slender present build; good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.50 seconds. Sets to hit from even-based stance with inside-out approach, hands inside through swing, flashes line drive swing plane with some bat speed, showed ability to hit the ball to all fields with occasional linear jump. Primary catcher; side saddle set, good game actions, stays down, receives well, gains well with good balance and footwork, developing arm strength. Took reps in OF with arm strength up to 72 mph. Very good student.
