Nicolas Bowden is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Orange Park, FL who attends Oakleaf. Smaller frame with a lean and athletic build and plenty of room to fill out. Ran a 7.14 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, attacks the ball hard with athleticism and good intent, carries momentum through receiving it and can get a bit wild with his throws but shows some arm strength when working through it with his release. Also pitched, has a compact delivery with a shorter arm action to release getting some extension over the front side and showing just fastballs in the look. Left-handed hitter, sets up slightly open with high hands; works compact through the zone to impact, generates easy bat speed and is able to turn tight and drive the ball hard to the pull side. Good strength off impact when squared to go with a good feel for the barrel.
