Diego DeJesus is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Parkview. Features a medium-sized compact build with some present athleticism. Ran a 7.03 60-yd dash. In the INF, he showed smooth defensive actions. He plays low to the ground taking good angles to the ball with present quickness. His glove actions are clean showing softness to the hands that work well to both sides. Uses a clean funnel up the belt allowing for a quick exchange and release. Showed a shorter arm action that got off accurate throws across with solid arm strength. He looks to stay up the middle down the line. At the plate, he is a switch hitter who sits in a balanced stance from both sides and uses a smaller leg lift trigger. His right-handed swing shows some better bat speed and feel for the barrel. It's also a more compact swing working on a slight uphill path where the LH swing is a tad longer. Was able to lift the ball in the air with some solid impact from the right side where he showed a tendency to be late with his timing from the left side. Was named to the Top Prospects list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
