Ryder Jeske is a 2022 RHP/MIF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Chapel Hill, NC who attends East Chapel Hill. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to fill out and get stronger. Simple side step delivery with a compact arm circle in back, good lower half drive to the plate, athletic delivery that hides the ball well. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, moves his fastball around with zone with good command, especially to the glove side, fastball road over barrels often and got good sink down in the zone. Change up was his best secondary pitch this outing with good arm speed and tunneling off his fastball, also throws a curveball with developing feel for the release. 7.54 runner, has sound defense actions with balanced and directional footwork and soft hands out front, third base profile. Right handed hitter, has a busy load and a hands driven swing, middle of the field line drive approach. Good student.
