Brent Celis is a 2026 3B/RHP/1B/OF with a 6-2 194 lb. frame from Rockwall, TX who attends Rockwall. Primary 3B with a medium sized frame with strength. Moves well to the ball for his size. Showed some lateral range and made all plays cleanly. Good glovework gets it down on time and fields it cleanly. Throws had good carry and strength behind them from across the diamond with accuracy. Was up to 86 from the infield. Profiles well on the corner long term. Also played outfield and works through the ball well. Fields it out front cleanly and adjusts glove well. Has a strong whippy arm that comes out easy. Was up to 87 from the outfield. Also played first with comfort around the bag. Is a big target and fields the ball cleanly from there. Hops off the bag athletically and made turns to second well. Should continue to work on the corners. Also ran a 7.40 sixty. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and low handset. Evident strength in frame stands out. Has a quick set of hands with feel for the barrel. Consistently meets the ball out front with good impact strength off the barrel. Works the middle of the field and pull side well with authority. Projects to be a continued good hitter with bat to ball skills that will play. Excellent Student. Named to the South-Central High School All State Games TP List.
