Blaine Bullard is a 2025 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-10 130 lb. frame from Klein, TX who attends Klein Cain. Long and lean athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Two-way prospect who graded out a bit higher on the mound at this event. 7.41 runner in the sixty, fields the ball well out front in the outfield, gets the glove down early, clean arm action with a 3/4's arm slot. Switch-hitter, hits from an open bent knee stance from the left side, taller from the right side, has good feel for the barrel from both sides, showed better bat speed and a cleaner swing from the right side but chance to stay switch-hitting as he moves forward. Loose athletic actions on the mound, arm works well. Fastball topped out at 78 mph with good running life when his arm was on time, showed feel for adding and subtracting from his fastball and working his change up with the same look. Soft curveball had good spin and some depth for another look, very efficient outing.
