Cole Potestio is a 2025 3B/MIF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Mansfield, TX who attends Mansfield Legacy. Posted an 8.04 in the 60 yard dash. Primary 3B, displayed developing actions with room to grow. Slight stiffness in the glove work with an idea to play through the ball. Footwork is fundamental with good feel for creating angles and working the throws on the move from different slots. Young tendencies for now with time to build. In the outfield, has some fundamental approach with knowledge of the gather and release. Limited mobility with growing arm strength showed plenty more ahead to engage. Right-handed hitter, slight open start utilizes a leg lift trigger. Should piece together the connection and balance as he progresses. Has a flat path through the zone that generated some line drives.
