Braden Pourron is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Ola. Tall, square shoulder frame with present strength to the build. Ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works from the left side of the rubber, side steps to a short leg lift, drop and drive mechanics. Short stride down the slope, long arm swing in the back to a higher release point. Low effort operation with more velocity to project on in the future. Goes right at hitters with a solid two pitch mix of fastball, up to 84 mph (1855 RPM), with riding life up in the zone, and a slider, up to 74 mph (1785 RPM), that plays well off the fastball plane and can be landed in the zone consistently. Secondary outfielder, slow charge in, fields the ball with one hand off to the side, longer arm swing to a higher release. Creates tons of carry to the bag, ball has true flight and jumps out of the hand. Recorded throws up to 91 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base and a low back elbow in the stance. Toe tap trigger gets the swing started, gets roational in the lower half, hit the ball to right field consistently. Struggled to get timed up consistently. Good student. Named to 2022 National Underclass Showcase-Main Event Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
