Sean Aronson is a 2022 C/RHP, 3B, MIF with a 6-2 184 lb. frame from Virginia Bch, VA who attends Floyd Kellam. Recorded a 7.74-second 60-yard time. Large, athletic build with tons of present strength throughout his frame. Primary catcher, even, high set up. Switches his feet with a quick, midline transfer. Recorded a best pop time of 2.02-seconds. Accurate throws to second, up to 71 mph. Right-handed pitcher, full wind up that he repeats well. Uses his large frame to drive down the mound, generating power from his strong lower half. Remains on-line with a drop and drive lower half. Quick arm from an over-the-top arm slot, creating some downhill action. Worked fastball up to 79 mph with some late life through the zone. 11-5 shaped curveball with late depth, landing it for strikes often. Right-handed hitter, even, balanced stance with a high-hand set. Lofted stroke, staying through the middle of the field well. Uses his long lever to elevate the ball and produce bat speed. Showed a good feel for the barrel with more power potential left. Excellent student. Named to 2021 Atlantic Coast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
