Abraham Lowrance is a 2021 OF/1B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Guaynabo, PR who attends IBAHS. Large frame with a sturdy upper half build. Showing some room to fill in the lower half as well. Ran a 7.02 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, working from a big side step into a higher leg lift. Longer arm action in the back as he delivers from an over the top delivery. Easy out of hand with fluid mechanics. Fastball was up to 80 MPH with slight cut to it. Also mixed in an 11-to-5 curveball that he landed for strikes. Secondary Outfielder, great reads off the bat as he works well into the baseball. Clean gather out front as he shows a crow hop into throws. Arm strength showing as he threw it low and hard with carry at 87 MPH during drills. Righthanded Hitter, starting even with high hands. Utilizing strength well as he threw hands at the baseball while creating some whip. Linear swing path as he shows a gap to gap approach. Some pop to strait away center when he gets extended. Fundamentally sound swing that will make a jump as he gets stronger. Outstanding Student.
