Holden Jatzlau is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Giddings, TX who attends Giddings. Long and lean frame with plenty of room to fill. Recorded a 7.44 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield with deliberate actions to the ball, fields off the front foot, good momentum into throws, over the top slot that allows him to stay on top of throws well, good carry and accuracy to bags clocked up to 78 mph into the infield. Secondary right-handed pitcher, low effort operation, loose arm through three-quarters slot, generates some run to the arm side on the fastball, missing barrels well and generating weak contact, flashing feel for a curveball with good downer action. Left-handed hitter, stands tall and narrow, starts slightly open with a high hand set, loose stroke on a slightly lifted barrel plane, works mostly middle to pull side with developing control of the barrel and will improve with added strength.
