David Paez is a 2025 C/1B, 3B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Grayson, GA who attends Grayson High School. Features a leaner build with strength present. Ran a 7.91 60-yard dash. Moves fairly well behind the plate. Uses a side saddle setup into a clean, consistent transfer. Gains ground well out of crouch. Was accurate with most throws. Still developing overall arm strength. Recorded a 2.20 pop time. Worked out on the infield as well. Range profiles best for a corner spot. Soft hands work through balls well. Showcased solid arm strength across, throwing 78 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a spread stance into a heel raise load. Showcased a clean, linear path with the ability to get extended well. Can find the barrel often. Projects well for more power down the line. Good student.
