Jaxon Daigre is a 2021 MIF/2B, SS, OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Pinehurst, TX who attends Concordia Lutheran. Recorded a 6.57 second sixty-yard dash time. Smaller frame with loads of athleticism and quick twitch. Primary middle-infielder with smooth, fluid actions into and through the fielding process. Quick footwork into approach with good lower half usage, staying low and working downhill through the baseball into a short arm action. Shows ability to range well laterally to either side, changing arm slots when necessary across the diamond. Recorded arm strength up to 76 mph across the diamond in drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with high hand set, high back elbow and small hover trigger. Contact oriented stroke with quick, direct swing path and understanding of his swing mechanics. Middle-of-the field approach with advanced bat-to-ball skills, feel for the barrel and the ability to produces line drive impact often. Table-setter mentality at the plate with advanced actions in the field and above average speed tool. Good Student. Named to the 2020 South Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List.
