Shows very good quickness and athleticism behind the plate defensively, compact arm action with a quick release on his throws, makes accurate throws with good on line accuracy, well schooled fundamentally on defense. Shows the same type of athleticism at his secondary position in the outfield as well, chance to be a versatile defensive player at the next level. Right-handed hitter with slightly open stance, has lower handset. Line drive type hitter with middle of the field type hitting approach. Has quickness in hands with gap-to-gap type power. Very good student.
