Connor Burgess is a 2020 C/SS, 3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Halifax, MA who attends Silver Lake Reg. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 8.09 seconds. Leans back into loading mechanism when hitting, wraps hands back into upper body load, creates leverage off of front side, shifts well into contact, middle field approach with line drive swing plan, showed ability to work to all fields with moderate jump off the barrel. Worked out behind the plate; receives with two hands, some twitch to actions and footwork gaining ground out of couch, flashes accuracy, arm strength clocked up to 67 mph. Very good student.
