Jesus Toral III is a 2020 C/3B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Miami Lakes, FL who attends Archbishop Edward Mccarthy. Medium and lean frame with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.62 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, sets up behind the plate with a wide based side saddle stance, quick movements out of his crouch, game-like actions working through it well, showcased accurate throws from his knees, full arm with strength and carry to throws, 1.97 second best pop time. Switch hitter, graded out best from the left side, sets up with an exaggerated open stance, balanced swing with quickness to his hands, showed a feel for the barrel and a pull side approach, has hand quickness to the ball from the right side, flashed loud contact when on time, switch hitting upside from both sides of the plate. Good student. Named to 2020 World Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List.
