Kairos Quintana is a 2023 OF/LHP with a 5-5 140 lb. frame from Fajardo, PR who attends . Recorded a 7.72 second sixty-yard dash time. Smaller frame with plenty of room and time to fill out. Primary outfielder with deliberate footwork into the fielding process, gathering cleanly slightly off to the side, while working slightly uphill into release. Developing arm strength recorded up to 71 mph. Secondary left-handed pitcher with plenty of room to grow. Works from a fairly simple delivery, creating some deception with cross-fire lower half movements. Fastball worked in the 68-71 mph range for the duration of his outing, topping out at 72 mph in this look and flashing some sink to his arm-side. Strike thrower that pitches to contact that will need to develop a secondary offering in order to advance on the mound. Left-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with an even hand set and small stride into launch. Simple, repeatable swing with middle-of-the field approach and good feel for the barrel. Incorporates a slightly inside-out swing path to consistently deliver the barrel on time, will continue to improve with additional strength and proper swing adjustments. Good Student.
