Jake Boland is a 2026 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Loganville, GA who attends Loganville. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and some present strength, additional room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.11 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works with an up-tempo delivery on the mound and moves well throughout; big arm speed through the backside and ball jumps out of hand, topped out at 87 mph with heavy life through the zone and more in the tank. Flashed a hard slider up to 76 mph with tight two-plane break and was able to miss a bat with the offering. Worked out around the field and showed solid arm strength from each; graded best in the outfield, young actions in with the footwork but fast arm, fields the ball to side, ball jumps out of hand to intended base. Right-handed hitter, works with a longer path through the zone and incorporates physical strength into swing. Occasionally opens front side early but shows big carry off of the barrel when squared, can go the other way, athleticism plays in swing. Very good student. Named to the Main Event Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
