Anthony Balanos is a 2021 OF/RHP, IF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Eloy, AZ who attends Vista Grande. Showed good speed and athleticism, running a 6.59-second sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a tall and athletic frame. Stays athletic through the fielding process, shuffling to throw and carrying momentum into throws. Has a short arm stroke in the back, making accurate throws to bases at 86 miles per hour. Right-handed hitter that starts from a tall and even stance, with high hand set and high back elbow. Has present bat speed, executing a line drive approach to all fields. Athleticism and quick hands shine during game action as well. Also pitched, showcasing a short and simple delivery. Has a small leg lift, falling slightly to glove side and releasing from a high three-quarter slot. Throws plenty of strikes with the fastball at 77-81mph, and mixes speeds well with the curveball. Curveball has sharp, slurry action in the upper-60s, creating some swing-and-miss with the entire arsenal.
