Ceasar Falcon -- Falcon is a junior RHP/OF from Texas who lists himself as a primary pitcher but who could create interest as a catcher right now. His arm strength, short arm action, instincts, feel for the game and build all relate well to being behind the plate. Falcon looks the part, with a strong, well muscled body on a 5-11 frame. He has good body life and is a good runner. He hits with high hands and a good balanced stride and creates good bat speed with some loft power potential. On the mound, Falcon threw 2 innings and relied almost exclusively on a 78-81 mph fastball. Ceasar is an outstanding student also.
