Bobby Herzman is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 6-0 232 lb. frame from Cheshire, CT who attends H C Wilcox Tech. Big bodied build. Primary right handed pitcher who works from the stretch with very simple and directional delivery, nice mechanics that enable him to throw very consistent strikes. Fastball worked mostly in the upper 60's and topped out at 70 mph, challenged hitters and induced lots of early count swings. Showed some depth on a slow curveball, also turned over a couple of change ups. Left handed hitter, gets coiled to start his swing with a well timed hanging leg load and drift into contact, rotational swing with some strength at contact when he's squared up, showed good barrel control in the games. Plays first base when not on the mound.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
