Thomas Woolf is a 2025 3B/RHP/SS with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Tuscaloosa, AL who attends Northridge. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.13 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, moves well side to side and h, works from the as soft hands fielding the ball, can bend his knees better for even more softness, has good arm strength for his age and makes accurate throws, solid overall tools that should keep improving. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a high back elbow load, has a line drive swing plane with contact to all fields. Also took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch with a medium length arm action and 3/4's arm slot, good direction down the mound. Showed good command of a fastball that topped out at 83 mph, spotted it to both sides of the plate effectively. Slurve type breaking ball had good spin and lots of potential as well. Good athlete with tools on both sides of the ball. Excellent student.
