Ryan Ramler is a 2021 C/2B, 3B with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from North Wales, PA who attends Germantown Academy. Medium frame with beginnings of strength. Frame projects for additional strength. Primary catcher with a low, side set stance while receiving the baseball. Gains some ground towards the bag with an extended stride. Loose glove circle while working through exchange and released from a compact three-quarters arm slot. Throws produced softer, on line carry to the bag. Right handed hitter with an upright, even stance and simple front side trigger. Coils hands slightly at load and works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Loose hand path to baseball with a slightly lifted barrel plane through extension. Consistently looked to throw hands and barrel to contact while employing a mid field approach. Very good student as well.
