Michael Vazquez is a 2020 LHP/OF with a 6-1 138 lb. frame from Rio Grande, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Large frame with square shoulders and a slender frame. Ran a 7.21 second 60-yard dash. Primary lefthanded pitcher with a short side step delivery into medium leg lift. Lands in line down the mound with short drop and drive actions to the plate. Gets to balance point at the gather and pauses. Long and loose action at hand break and into an extended three-quarter slot with arm speed through release. Mixes pitches well and works to both edges of the plate with relative ease. Mostly straight fastball touching 83 miles per hour. Flashed feel for a sharp curveball with tightness to the spin. Lefthanded hitter with a slightly open stance and short leg lift trigger. Creates extension trough contact working the ball to the middle of the field as well as the opposite field.
