Alex Sandoval is a 2022 SS/2B/3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Donnellson, IA who attends Central Lee. Medium build with some present strength and more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread straight stance with a high hand start, swings hard and creates good present bat speed, has some lift out front in his swing, ball comes off the barrel hard with some gap to gap carry. 7.86 runner, has good footwork on defense in the infield, some hand quickness at the ball, arm is loose and projectable, projects to third base in the future. Bat is his best present tool. Very good student.
