Logan Taylor is a 2023 3B/RHP, 2B, IF, OF with a 6-0 184 lb. frame from Watkinsville, GA who attends Oconee County. Medium frame with broad shoulders and a high waist showing room to fill out. Ran a 7.15 second sixty yard dash. Primary Third Baseman, showing a good first step as he proved to have lateral range. Clean gather out front as he showed feel for glove work. Quick transfer and arm strength showing as he threw it 88 mph during drills. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working into a side step to a belt high lift as he is balanced throughout. Medium arm circle in the back to a higher slot release. Stays compact as he goes right after hitters. Fastball up to 85 mph with good arm side run. Also mixed in a sharp slider with short vertical life in the low-70's. Pitchability present and was confident on the hill. Secondary Outfielder, sitting back a bit as he makes sure to take a clean route. Works well through the gather and carries momentum into release. Fluid arm stroke and was accurate to the bag as he threw it 86 mph. Right-Handed Hitter, starting open with the front side before working into a toe tap to stride. Works into a longer path as he stays linear. Looks to stay inside the baseball and drive it on a line back up the middle. Proved to have some feel for the barrel. Great Student. Named to Southeast Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.
