Arenda Thomas is a 2020 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Columbia, SC who attends Ridge View. Medium athletic build with room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread open stance, upper half rotational swing from a low hand load, some uphill plane, hits the ball out front with soft pull contact, arm swing that can use more lower half and hand drive. 7/18 runner, played both outfield and infield during the weekend, looks more comfortable and experienced in the outfield, has good footwork through the ball, compact arm action, makes soft accurate throws. Excellent student.
