2021 Class of 2024 All-American Games
Mason Perrigo is a 2024 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B with a 6-1 182 lb. frame from Birmingham, AL who attends Vestavia Hills. Large frame with a stocky type look showing strength throughout the frame. Ran a 7.03 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, sitting back on the baseball a bit as he gathers deep. Young glove actions as he works into a quick transfer. Arm strength present as he threw it 84 mph across the diamond during drills. Projects on the left-side of the infield going forward. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working with a side-step to a belt high lift. Balanced at the top before driving down the hill. Doesn't get over front side well as he relies on the arm to generate most of the velocity. Released from a low three-quarter slot. Fastball up to 83 mph and mixed in a curveball showing 10-to-4 movements. Right-Handed Hitter, even base with high hands as he works into a medium leg lift to stride. Hands get deep as he works into a slightly uphill path. Bat speed present as he goes after it with intent. Proved to have some pull-side power when he timed it up properly. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
