Robert Martin is a 2024 1B/3B with a 5-1 122 lb. frame from Birmingham, AL who attends Cornerstone Schools. Smaller frame with a lean, young build. Ran a 9.25 second sixty yard dash. Primary Firstbaseman sitting back on the baseball before gathering out front. Glove showing to be an asset. Quick transfer then slows it down for a bigger windup before releasing from a low side arm slot. Accurate to the bag with good feel for the position. Righthanded hitter starting from a narrow stance working into a toe tap and stride. Drops hands then shows an uphill swing path. Big cuts looking to do damage. Transfers weight well into swings. Middle of the field approach as he shows big pop when he gets the barrel on it. Good Student.
