Ryan O'Leary is a 2025 2B/SS, MIF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Foxboro, MA who attends Foxborough. Medium, compact frame with strong looking lower half and room to physically mature. Recorded a 8.39 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary infielder with deliberate footwork throughout the fielding process. Fields slightly deep and close to his body, works through the baseball with some extra steps and showed the ability to change arm angles when necessary. Recorded arm strength up to 73 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wider, slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Linear swing path with inside hand path, good balance and some looseness to his wrists. Exhibits some whip to his barrel and good extension out in-front. Showed best impact to the middle and pullsides of the field with occasional lift. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Developing, young prospect with some offensive upside and plenty of projection remaining.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
