Dominic Ganley is a 2020 LHP/1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Cutler Bay, FL who attends Westminster Christian. Large and sturdy frame, strength present in his lower half. Ran an 8.28 second 60 yard dash. Primary lefthanded pitcher, uses a tough angle with his delivery striding closed off to the plate, pitches exclusively from the stretch, takes his arm back to a long arm action up to an over the top arm slot, throws with intent and topped out at 80 mph with his fastball, fastball rides to the plate on a steep downhill plane, locates best to the arm side of the plate. Fastball is straight, mixes in a 12-6 curveball and a fading changeup, curveball is a the go-to secondary pitch currently. Secondary first baseman, deep reception around the bag, stays online with his turns to second, smooth glove. Lefthanded hitter, sets up with a narrow base and a high hand set at the plate, calm hands prior to swing, takes an inside hand path to contact, could add additional lower half into his swing for added strength at impact, middle of the field approach.
