Dylan McCafferty is a 2025 OF/RHP/UT with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Chalfont, PA who attends Germantown Academy. McCafferty works from an athletic projectable build with strength proportioned nicely throughout. As a primary OF, he showcased good buildup play with natural actions and a deep arm path to generate carry behind throws up to 82 mph. The movements were fundamentally sound with additional arm strength likely on the way. Offensively, the righty started from a wide base with a high hand set, flashing a direct bat path through the zone with clear leverage created. He displayed evident strength in the hands with loud impact when timed up. Posted an exit velo of 87 mph. Ran a 7.33 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
