Brenden Coffindaffer is a 2020 C/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Sparks, NV who attends Edward C Reed. Tall frame with a slender build and room to fill out. Ran a 7.17 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary catcher. Long limbs behind the plate with developing mechanics on the transfer. Gains some ground toward the bag with on target throws, topping out at 72 miles per hour and popping a 2.25 during workouts. Righthanded hitter with a wide base and high hand set. Present bat speed through a lifted path to contact. Best balls came to the pull side with a power approach. Consistent and hard contact. Very good student as well.
