Jase Phillips is a 2023 RHP/OF with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Ooltewah, TN who attends East Hamilton. Long and lean body with good amounts of projection left. Leg kick above the belt and works into a three-quarter slot. Athletic with good extension down the hill and plenty of arm speed. Fastball had late life and topped high-80s. Good feel for a slider with two-plane depth and late tilt for whiffs. Flashed a developing changeup with firmer shape. Shows the components of a high level arm at the next level. Named to Top Prospect list. Very good student.
