Cullan King is a 2020 OF/2B with a 5-6 145 lb. frame from Arlington, TX who attends Mansfield Summit. Compact, athletic build. Showed game impacting speed posting a 6.71 second sixty-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Showed athletic actions working to and through the ball in the outfield with quick footwork. Displayed clean glove actions fielding the baseball to the side. Showed a longer arm action with good looseness and arm strength with accurate carry to the bases topping out at 78 MPH from the outfield. Right handed hitter. Employs a narrow stance with a big leg lift. Showed a elevated barrel plane through the zone with a high intent swing looking to drive the ball with authority into the outfield. Showed the ability to create some loud contact to the pull side with good barrel speed and some barrel control. Great student.
