Jackson Evers is a 2023 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Madison, MS who attends Madison-Ridgeland Academy. Recorded a 7.22 second 60-yard dash time. Longer, athletic frame with a lot of room to add strength. Primary right-handed pitcher with a side step into a leg lift above the belt. Big gather on the backside and strides online and fires from a lower three-quarters arm slot. Some whip to the arm stroke and has some moving parts to the operation. Cross body release with some cutting action on the fastball that topped out at 88 mph. Slider is a good pitch from him from a lower slot with good biting action. Flashed a changeup that he cuts due to release. Arm strength plays from secondary position of first base. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Longer path with an inside hand path to contact. Strength at impact and meets the ball out in front nicely. Tremendous student. Verbal commitment to Ole Miss.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
