Dylan Odud is a 2021 SS/UTL with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Marlton, NJ who attends Cherokee. Medium frame with a stocky type build showing strength in the lower half. Ran a 7.31 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, took efficient routes to and through the baseball as he proved to have some lateral range. Clean gather deep in the stance before working to target. Arm strength starting to show as he threw it 80 mph. Young actions but proved to have some feel for the position. Right-Handed Hitter, starting from a narrow stance while slightly closed off. Hands are deep with an extended lead arm. Creates separation before working into a downhill swing path. Looked to drive it back up the middle when possible as he found barrels. Proved to have some pop in the bat when he got extended and impacted out front. Outstanding Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
