Danny Machado is a 2025 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-1 192 lb. frame from Pembroke Pines, FL who attends Archbishop Edward Mccarthy. Strong and athletic frame. Ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Infielder with athleticism and footwork, quick reactions with developing lateral range, polished glove actions, clean funnel working up the middle, and a big arm across the diamond that plays on the left side of the infield. Hit from a wide base with leg lift timing, loose hands with bat speed and foundational swing mechanics. Hands inside the baseball with tight turns and developing connectivity to backside rotation. Strength and bat speed to impact the baseball. Showed fastball and slider on the mound out of a three quarter slot. Developing arm speed on the mound with some feel to spin the slider. Verbal commitment to Florida Atlantic. Named to Main Event Top Prospect List. Good Student.
