2022 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 15)
Carlos Morales is a 2024 C/1B/3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Valrico, FL who attends Durant. Medium athletic build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base, gets into his lower half well with a loose and fast swing, extends well through contact, shows big bat speed and lift and squared the ball up hard and often, power over hit at present but has big power potential. 6.75 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, works low in his stance well and has lower half flexibility and body life, pretty polished on receiving/throwing from one knee, clean and quick exchange to throw, has some arm strength and makes accurate throws. Impressive tools on both sides of the ball to go with lots of athleticism for a catcher. Good student. Named to the WWBA Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
