2025 PG WWBA Workout Showcase (June 24)
Carter Phillips is a 2026 3B/MIF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Anderson, SC who attends Christ Church Episcopal. Medium athletic build. 7.25 runner in the sixty. Showed a clean infield workout with average arm strength and good accuracy across. Footwork was steady, and he made the plays consistently. Hands work on the backhand, though limited slot flexibility. Offensively, he’s a right-handed hitter who starts from a spread and slightly open stance with a toe tap trigger. Shows solid bat speed with some strength out front, working through the zone well with barrel accuracy and good contact to the pull side. Balanced round with rhythm.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
