Andrew Keaveney is a 2022 1B/LHP, OF with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Fairfield, CT who attends Greens Farms Academy. Large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and present strength proportioned well throughout frame. Ran a 7.07 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, waits back on the ball, longer arm action and upper body dominant, can incorporate additional lower half, showed off arm strength and carry on throws during drills. Left-handed hitter, begins with an open and bent knee stance with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Slight load back with hands but strong enough to get the barrel out front, looks to lift at point of contact, occasionally gets too inside the ball. Strength in hands and jump off barrel stand out, 93 mph exit velocity, will continue to refine but has nice tools to build off of. Very good student. Named to New England Indoor Top Prospect List.
