Crawford Courville is a 2022 OF/ with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Lake Charles, LA who attends Alfred M. Barbe. Recorded an impressive 6.57 second 60 yard dash time, showing elite speed. Long and lean frame that projects well. Primary outfielder with a long and loose arm action and a high release. Quick feet with a long shuffle and gather into the throw. Throws were accurate and on line. Shows good carry at 85 mph. Right-handed hitter that starts with a tall and narrow stance in the box. Bends the knees and crouches into the load. Bat starts in a wrapped position. Has looseness to the swing and the ball jumps off the barrel. High intent swing with a line drive path. Athletic prospect with definite tools and potential. Excellent student. Named to the 2020 Fall Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
