Preston Bielec is a 2026 2B/RHP/3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends Calvary Christian Academy. Athletic build with some length and plenty of room to get stronger. Primary second baseman on defense, has good fundamental actions, works his feet well through the ball and gets his glove down early, has good arm strength for second base and can probably play third base well in addition to second as he gets bigger and stronger. 7.11 runner in the sixty. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a busy hand load, keeps his hands tight through his swing, can improve his separation through contact, bat speed will keep improving with additional strength. Also pitched, starts from a low leg raise, high hands throughout his delivery, has some arm speed and looseness from a high 3/4's arm slot, repeated his mechanics well and threw strikes. Fastball worked in the low 80's and topped out at 83 mph, mostly straight. Curveball had good 11/5 shape and some depth. Should keep improving in all areas. Good student.
