Michael Thomas is a 2023 SS/IF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Pompano Beach, FL who attends J. P. Taravella. Medium athletic build. Right handed hitter, moves into contact well, has fast hands that he drives hard into contact, creates plenty of bat speed with hard pull side line drive contact, ball comes off the barrel well. 7.48 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder, has quick feet and shows lateral range with good footwork into the ball, has confidence in his fast hands, nice exchange and release, can play on the move and change arm angles. Good athlete who plays above his physical tools. Good student.
