Huck Schoenvogel is a 2026 RHP/C/1B with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Seguin, TX who attends Marion High School. Big and strong build stands out physically and is pretty mature for his age. Primary right-handed pitcher but is a two-way prospect. Upbeat tempo and works fast. Delivery is quick to the plate with a coiled leg raise above belt and ball really jumps out of his hand getting arm extension downhill. Throws from a mid 3/4 slot from the full arm swing. Has a quick arm with clean arm action. Fastball worked up to 87 with late tailing life and located well East to West. Went to a sweeping slider with late bite and big horizontal break as his main out pitch. Also mixed in a good-looking change with fade that repeats arm speed well. Curve was shorter with 10-4 shape. Overall projects really well off the bump with more to come. Also played first and was up to 85 from there. Looked comfortable around the bag and moved well off it with good athleticism. Made turns from a clean slot and quick process overall. Moves well off the bag and has a strong arm. Ran a 7.28 sixty. Right-handed hitter with an upright base. Small leg lift and stride into contact from a coiled handload. Works off his backside well and is very strong. Big strength at impact and went yard to dead center. Power projects here producing an EXV of 98. Good student. Named to the Lone Star Showcase Top Prospect List.
