Conner Thomas is a 2025 RHP/IF/OF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Millbrook. Long and lean athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Works from the stretch from the first base side, high leg raise start with a big hip turn over the rubber, rides his back side well down the mound and maintains his direction well, very deep arm action to a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball worked in the low 80's and topped out at 83 mph, gets some cutting action a times. Curveball was a good pitch for him with 12/6 downer shape, also mixed in a nice change up with some late fade. Created lots of weak swings and hitters didn't see the ball well. Good bet to keep improving as he adds strength and physical maturity. 7.77 runner in the sixty. Plays outfield when not on the mound, has a long and loose arm and showed his raw arm strength well from a lower slot than he uses on the mound. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight bent knee stance with a high hand load, downhill pull oriented swing, upper body dominant swing, puts the ball on the ground consistently. Good student. Named to the Sunshine Atlantic Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
