2024 WWBA Workout Showcase (June 21)
Joseph Gallivan is a 2027 SS/RHP/3B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends South Forsyth. Medium frame with lean, wiry strength and a lot of time to add mass and overall muscularity. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.54 seconds. Primary position infielder, moving around well and showing feel for the spot. Making all the plays. Glove work and action can soften up over time but it was accurate and secured the ball well. Single arm slot on all plays, showing feeds up to 82 mph across the diamond with accuracy. RHH working from a wide base, simple hand trigger and just gets the foot down in time creating great position to hit from.
Quiet hands before acceleration, direct path to the ball with a level finish through impact. Gets to his front side and swings with intent to do damage. Hard contact to the pull side and does a good job of getting extended with feel for the barrel. Outstanding student are well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
