2024 Sunshine Northeast Showcase (Tues-Wed)
Julian Glasgow is a 2026 MIF/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends Calhoun. Glasgow works from a medium athletic build with strength present throughout. Exclusively from his primary IF spot, he showcased clean funnels with softness to the hands. The transfers were fluid and quick with a consistent easy low 3/4 release repeated across the diamond up to 82 mph. He produced accurate throws on the bag and overall displayed a natural feel for the position. Offensively, the righty started from a narrow base with a lower hand set and low back elbow. Generated solid bat speed through the zone with additional room to work into the lower half and create drive. Posted an exit velo of 78 mph. Ran a 7.10 sixty yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
