Evan Rosado is a 2026 SS/2B/3B with a 5-6 160 lb. frame from Pelham, NY who attends Regis. Rosado works from a medium athletic build with additional room to fill out and add strength as a '26 prospect. Exclusively from his primary IF spot, displayed softness to the hands with sound footwork and solid lateral range to both sides. He adjusted well on the run and produced accurate throws across the diamond up to 82 mph. Arm strength should develop nicely with age. Offensively, started from a narrow open base with a hover trigger present. Flashed a consistent line drive approach and successfully kept the hands inside the baseball with intent to generate backspin. Controlled the barrel well overall with untapped potential in the lower half. Posted an exit velo of 79 mph. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
